SHIPPING
All in-stock orders ship within a week from Australia with auspost – a tracking number is sent out once the order is ready to ship.
If there are unreasonable delays on tracked items please get in touch and i will follow up with auspost
Even though we provide all the necessary customs information with the shipment, we’re not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Customers are responsible for the payment of customs fees and taxes applied in the destination country at delivery.
WARRANTY
All items are covered by a 1-year warranty.
RETURNS
All items can be returned within 30 days after the delivery for a full refund if the product is in as-new condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. For any returns, please contact us first.
